1. Be sure you are located in the Hudson Valley, NY region.

2. Send a description of your YARD SALE or INDIVIDUAL ITEM to the webmaster@hudsonvalleyforsale.com.

3. Include an email address where you can be reached for any questions or corrections.

4. Look for your ad on this site -- and be sure to tell your friends and family to look for your ad here as well.

5. Ads should have a removal date included. Your ad will be removed if you notify the webmaster that the item is no longer available, SOLD or the YARD SALE event is over.

6. No pictures can be included at this time -- only text ads so be descriptive.
